Gyp-Crete® is a popular and time-saving floor material used by many Clearity clients. It's lighter than traditional concrete, mixed on site (using water), and pumped onto a broom-clean subfloor, typically made of OSB or plywood.

 

Overall, this product is a cost-effective means for builders to provide fire and sound barriers in their buildings. However, water damage and mold-related liability claims have been reported on many construction sites where Gyp-Crete was used.
