The Clearity team provides clients with regular inspections for water intrusion and mold during the course of construction, plus supplemental inspections after significant weather or water events. In addition to inspections, our services include training for Superintendents and Project Managers to heighten awareness of the dangers of water intrusion during construction.
When our Control of Moisture & Mold Prevention (COMMP®) Program protocols are followed, a project can be Certified Mold Free upon completion.
